Welcome to the 2018 SDCERA-sponsored Health Plans Open Enrollment! If you are already enrolled in an SDCERA-sponsored medical and/or dental plan, your enrollment will automatically renew for 2018 (excluding Health Insurance Reimbursement). If you are not making any changes to your SDCERA-sponsored plans for 2018, no action is needed.

Enrolling in an SDCERA Medical and/or Dental Insurance Plan

To enroll in or make changes to a SDCERA-sponsored Health Plan, please submit the SDCERA Health Plans Enrollment form to the SDCERA Health Plans Service Center by November 22, 2017. You may submit your form requesting enrollment in an SDCERA-sponsored plan online, or by mailing your form to the SDCERA Health Plans Service Center.

Health Insurance Reimbursement (HIR) program

The 2018 Health Insurance Reimbursement program enrollment will take place in February 2018 to allow time to receive all of your required 2018 reimbursement documentation.

If you are currently receiving a Health Insurance Reimbursement from SDCERA, you will receive 2018 Enrollment Information in January, and will have until March 1, 2018 to submit all required information to the SDCERA Health Plans Service Center. As long as all required information is received by March 1, you will receive your reimbursement effective January 1, 2018.
